We are looking for a Junior Product Owner with a passion for digital, ecommerce and retail to join our growing product management team and digital practice. You will be a key player, working across business and technology teams to own and deliver best in class cross-channel customer experiences that leverage the Torque Brands ecosystem.

Reporting into the [Product Owner for Customer Experience], you will be working closely with internal stakeholders and development teams to own the delivery of high value enhancements and features aligned with our digital roadmap.

Requirements

  • Always thinking customer first and following the lean build, measure and learn cycle as we test and ship, new and improved experiences to our customers.
  • Interrogate channel, customer amp; sales datasets the performance to inform and evaluate a backlog of future optimisations and feature development opportunities.
  • Understanding and interpreting business priorities, problems and opportunities into business process and technical solutions that realise customer and business value.
  • Working across business functions to capture, define and organise epics and stories on our customer experience backlog.
  • Write structured and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria to refine and plan with the development team.
  • Fully engage and contribute in agile ceremonies as a key player in sprints, helping us maintain a regular cadence, flow of value and high-quality of changes which achieve agreed goals.
  • Work closely with the delivery teams to clarify any requirements, ensuring there is a shared and complete understanding between all players.
  • Support with verifying changes, ensuring that the agreed criteria is met and is quality delivered.


About You:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a digital role and delivery environment. Ideally for a direct-to-consumer brand.
  • Has a solid understanding of retail data and how it can used to create useful and compelling customer experiences.
  • Has experience / knowledge of agile ways of working and digital delivery.
  • Has strong communication and collaborative team working skills.
  • Confident in working with stakeholders across the business at varying levels of seniority.
