The role (what you’ll do):

  • Manage all inbound sales calls, sales support tickets and live chat, responding to prospective customers driving sales conversion in a timely manner
  • Build and manage the pipeline of leads for Premium Plus and Franchise Dashboard Direct Clients
  • Actively account manage the Premium Plus portfolio and assess churn risk
  • Keep and maintain up-to-date information relating to sales records using CRM software
  • Deliver educational demos and webinars to prospective customers demonstrating the features of Dext to maximise sales conversion
  • Keep your product knowledge of Dext up-to-date
  • Continuously identify new opportunities to drive trial pipeline and conversions
  • Collate and present customer and competitor insights back into the business

Serve as the voice of the customer for Direct customers, liaising with key internal stakeholders (Customer Support, Customer Success, Marketing and Product) to better address their needs

Requirements

Skills

  • 2 years+ experience in B2B Sales, preferably SAAS company
  • Prioritise and manage a high volume of work independently, providing a clear view of workload and capacity
  • Be able to multi task between chat (service) and sales

Knowledge

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the audience - specifically SMBs
  • Develop strong and trusted relationships with key accounts
  • Understanding the sales cycle - from lead generation to contact to objection handling to closure to nurture.
