Job Description

The Opportunity

As Technology PM, you are responsible for driving growth through our tech partners and help share our technology partner strategy and management as we scale the channel. We’re looking for someone who excels at communication and commercial creativity to uncover new partnership opportunities. This role sits within our partner team and is critical to growing the channel and ensuring it is positioned for long-term success.


Responsibilities

The Technology PM has responsibility for all day-to-day activities, ensuring best-in-class relationships and a strong campaign strategy that drives new business revenue for Mention Me and our 3rd party partners.

You will be focused on building joint product value propositions, driving sales enablement and field interaction, pipeline management and forecasting, and proactive business planning and business development.

  • Ownership of opportunity pipeline across the tech partner portfolio
  • Deliver against opportunity amp; revenue targets.
  • Advance partners within the Mention Technology Partner Network and identify new strategic partners.
  • Understand the technical and training requirements of our partners and support those requirements by leveraging training teams and content.
  • Understand the technical requirements and work closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of our future products
  • Design amp; implement initiatives to increase sales and the overall growth of the channel.
  • Representing Mention Me at industry events , attending conferences, and hosting webinars and round
  • Acts as a funnel to bring information, updates and trends from the partners back to the Mention Me team. A highly collaborative approach, with very close contact with marketing, client success, sales and product amp; engineering

Requirements

Expertise

The ideal candidate for this role will have expertise in the following areas:

  • You are partner centric - proven track record developing strong technology partnerships. Very familiar with partner enablement and management processes.
  • You are a strategic sales person - proven track record in direct sales and practical knowledge in strategic selling processes and tools needed to conduct multi-stakeholder deals.
  • You have strong knowledge of the martech ecosystem - Sufficient understanding of cross channel marketing and typical practices put into place by retail amp; ecommerce brands. Familiar with the martech ecosystem. Technically capable. Able to clearly demonstrate the value of our service and how it integrates into our clients existing tech stack
  • You are confident with data - Able to make full use of the wealth of data available through Mention Me. Able to understand how the data can be used to improve performance of client’s amp; partners overall marketing performance.

You collaborate well with others -Nothing we do is done in isolation. Being open to sharing input and ideas with the dynamic team is essential to success. You have the gravitas to conduct multi-department projects and processes and are able to galvanise teams to work towards a common goal.
