We are scaling our reach consistently over the next couple of years, and what we need most urgently is a Sales Support Executive. Your remit will be clear - reduce the ‘noise’, improving the efficiency and impact of our exec-level Business Development team in their pursuit of new deals. Whether sherlocking online to deliver interesting leads, preparing a sales deck, facilitating client meetings or problem-solving, you will be an integral driver of our commercial success.

This role will suit a natural facilitator, someone ambitious and keen to learn through osmosis via proximity to our founders. Your contribution and success will be rewarded, with uncapped commission earned at a rate that reflects your participation and success.

This role includes:

• Thinking critically about who to target and how and why
• Qualifying prospects; identifying decision makers; prioritizing the best leads over the many you’ll generate
• Managing pipedrive, scheduling meetings and sales admin where necessary
• Working with marketing and sales to ensure high quality, relevant collateral is available on time, every time
• Preparing materials for calls and meetings; being the hub of knowledge for the BD team
• Providing insight and supporting our exec BD team to close deals
• Looking for ways to differentiate / delight customer and strengthen relationships

Requirements

You will have a project management skill set (formal qualification NOT required) with the ‘commercial’ intelligence to think critically about the market and opportunities, the communication skills to manage early email conversations (qualification stages), and the emotional intelligence to get things done.

In a given day you might:

• Qualify leads
• Send dozens of perfectly pitched, bespoke emails
• Open doors and book conversations
• Track and manage activity
• Prep materials and brief executives for sales calls and pitches

• Join initial client meetings, managing the to amp; fro of the conversation after that
