Due to continued amp; rapid growth, we are now looking to hire a fourth Talent Acquisition specialist to help grow our UK office. This individual will not only help to create, build and establish our Early Years strategy seeking out partnerships across the UK to access the best future Talent for proSapient, but will also focus on researching and building insight into our numerous Talent projects across the board.

We’ve successfully trialled anonymous hiring this year, we’re building our first ever Graduate Assessment programmes for junior hires and we’ve reviewed and refreshed our entire Talent process with full backing from the Leadership team all whilst hiring multiple superstars each month! We strive to find the best Talent, and continually create and innovate to do so!

Reporting into the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, this is a key hire to ensure our Talent strategies, specifically around Early Years Talent, are best in class and successful in attracting our junior Talent!

Key duties in this role will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact amp; champion for our UK Early Years programme both internally and externally
  • Building our UK focused Early Years strategy networking with Universities, building professional working relationships
  • Attracting junior Talent to proSapient both virtually and in person at Career Fairs, Graduate assessment days and Campus Recruitment days
  • Generating strong, future Talent pipelines for our various Graduate Assessment classes throughout the year
  • Creating and hosting ProSapient’s own Early Years events
  • Working in partnership with Global Talent Acquisition Manager on projects covering D amp; I, Talent Reviews, and global Acquisition strategy
  • Researching into, and providing insight around, numerous Talent initiatives and projects, including website update, content creation and social strategies
  • Shortlisting and interviewing junior talent for our Client Services and wider Support hires
  • Running all analytics for the Talent team, across hiring, success and experience
  • Assisting with all other?talent related projects?both globally and specifically relating?to?the UK in partnership with the?Global?Talent?Acquisition?Manager?and wider HR Team

Key Experience needed for this role:

  • Previous experience working in a core recruitment role, with a strong focus on junior or Early Years Talent is desired for this role
  • Previous experience working with external Universities to source amp; build future Talent pipelines is essential for this role
  • Previous experience attending Job Fairs, Career Events, online networking events for junior Talent is desired for this role
  • Previous experience working in a start-up or rapidly growing environment is desired for this role
