This prestigious opportunity will be suited to someone who possesses a solid CDD/KYC/AML experience. You will play a crucial role with responsibility conducting reviews of new and existing clients’ due diligence in accordance with current UK and International AML /KYC rules and regulations and Tamp;S standards. The role requires you to be hardworking, ethical and transparent as well as passion and self-motivated in a fast paced and environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct effective KYC/AML due diligence (CDD) procedures during client onboarding process and ensure that internal and external KYC /AML requirements are effectively met
- Review and classify clients ensuring that classifications are accurate and in line with the nature of business conducted
- Maintain accurate and complete KYC/AML due diligence records on new and existing clients
- Conduct periodic KYC/AML testing, monitoring and surveillance
- Develop and deliver effective AML /KYC and train the staff
- Prioritise work ensuring that all assignments are completed in a timely manner
- Maintain effective interaction and communication with stakeholders
- Provide advice and guidance to our brokers
- Raise all concerns and issues as appropriate
- Assist in maintaining and improving effective interaction and communication with other business areas
Requirements
- 2-4 years’ experience in Client/Broker onboarding and CDD/KYC/AML within Interdealer Broking or FO Investment Banking
- Strong technical understanding of the UK and international KYC/AML rules and regulations
- Membership of a technical or professional AML /KYC body
- You should be able to work with speed, accuracy and attention to detail
- Positive outlook, strong work ethic, good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build good working relationship with the business
- Good information gathering skills and ability to work independently
