Job Description
At Cohaesus we make digital work harder, crafting insight-led experiences which push the boundaries of technology and unlock opportunities for our clients. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Drupal Developer to lead the development of key client projects.
Although you’ll be well-versed in Drupal, you’ll also have an excellent understanding of complementary technologies which can be used to deliver integrated solutions. For example, JS, front-end frameworks, APIs, infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
In addition, you’ll be a great communicator and possess the skills to work with others and lead your team to deliver consistently excellent work.

Responsibilities
- Implement technologically excellent solutions that deliver real value for clients.
- Be a technical authority on Drupal
- Deliver conceptual proofs to guide the developers.
- Provide technical leadership to technology teams and developers.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Ensure quality standards through the enforcement of rigorous pull request reviews, testing and QA procedures.
- Work with clients and the wider team to provide feasibility guidance.
- Scope projects and work with the team to provide accurate estimates.
- Support the teams in adopting best-practices.
- Take responsibility for data security and ensure compliance with relevant guidance.
Requirements
Essential Skills
- 3+ years experience in Drupal projects.
- Full-stack knowledge and experience, combining Drupal with complementary technologies.
- Proven experience of industry best practices including QA and testing.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD.
- Good knowledge of design principles and solution architecture.
- Proficient in multiple delivery methodologies (both agile and non-agile).
- Good people skills.
- Superb problem-solving skills.
- First-rate communication skills, with the ability to speak authoritatively with technical stakeholders.
Desirable
- Experience in Drupal migration projects.
- Understanding and experience of Acquia.
- Demonstrable experience in Salesforce (or similar platform) integration.
- Knowledge of machine learning.
