We’re tripling in size in 2021, due to increasing demand from existing and new clients.

Due to our success and subsequent growth, we are now we’re looking for a HR/People Projects Consultant to work closely with our CPO to deliver a global career framework and market-leading rewards package. This is a 6-month Fixed term contract.

What you'll be doing

  • A detailed review of our existing career framework, benefits and rewards structure.
  • Career mapping and design of progression documents, guidelines and policies.
  • Carry out benchmarking in our competitor space as well as the broader market to recommend a best-in-class reward and recognition scheme - working closely with our Head of Talent.
  • Presenting to the Global Executive team on findings, recommendations and a project plan for implementation and embedding of a total rewards structure, to include a senior level incentive plan.
  • Implementing a global benefits matrix (including best-in-class policies), working closely and collaboratively with our local Senior People Partners and key stakeholders.
  • Working with our CPO and Global Director of Operations on key planning and process around automation and utilisation of our HRIS.
  • Ensuring that the project plan is delivered on time and key objectives are met, ensuring clear communication, engagement and transparency through the project.

Requirements

  • Experience of designing and delivering a career framework across a global and scaling business - ideally with US experience.
  • Experience of designing and delivering a total rewards package including C-suite and long term incentives.
  • Experience of a flexible approach to reward.
  • A strong understanding of the importance of impeccable employee engagement.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • High emotional intelligence with an understanding of the complexities and sensitivities of a global business with differing requirements.
  • Self-sufficient and driven.
  • Ability to work at pace.
  • Previous experience of resourcing or consulting is highly desirable.
  • Experience within a fast-growth scale up business, ideally with international exposure.
