Our Customer Success Team goes above and beyond to ensure customers feel supported, and their move to PensionBee is as smooth as possible.
You'll give our customers some love, handling any queries they may have and making sure they’re always kept in the loop, using your excellent communication skills, drive and compassion to take the pain out of pensions!

In our BeeKeeper role, you will support our customers with their variety of pension related queries, in a straightforward and jargon-free manner. We prioritise our customers and their needs and we are dedicated to making their lives easier. We are, therefore, on hand via email, phone and live chat to ensure our customers receive a quality service in a simple and transparent manner.
Our BeeKeepers work closely together in small Hives to ensure our customers receive the best service possible throughout the entire onboarding journey and beyond.
