Location - London or Cambridge
Salary up to 65k per annum, plus car, bonus, and profit share scheme.
Due to the rapid growth seen in the last year we have an opportunity for an ambitious, results driven Operations Manager to join our Management Team.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will manage day-to-day operations of our Power business unit, who deliver maintenance and project works at power stations across the UK.
Alongside day-to-day operations, you will be responsible for business development, Hamp;S management at site, contract delivery amp; setting and delivering an annual budget. You will also be responsible for monthly reporting, site and field operations and coaching amp; developing your team, supporting them to solve problems.
To be successful you’ll need to tick a few of these boxes, but not necessarily all of them:
- Experience of delivering works within the Power generation industry
- Experience of Health amp; Safety
- Proven line management experience with the skills to lead and motivate
- The ability to develop new relationships and win people over
- A strategic focus with enthusiasm for business development
- Proven success in delivering financial results at an operational level
- The ability to challenge, solve problems, and deliver efficiency
- Experience, or qualifications, in electrical engineering
