Due to the rapid growth seen in the last year we have an opportunity for an ambitious, results driven Operations Manager to join our Management Team.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will manage day-to-day operations of our Power business unit, who deliver maintenance and project works at power stations across the UK.
Alongside day-to-day operations, you will be responsible for business development, Hamp;S management at site, contract delivery amp; setting and delivering an annual budget. You will also be responsible for monthly reporting, site and field operations and coaching amp; developing your team, supporting them to solve problems.
