Based in London, we help companies disrupt industries by developing the mindset and skill set of the leaders and teams behind the business. Leveraging our network of exceptional coach-mentors, startup best practice (learned the hard way) and our incredible team, we help startups, scaleups, and the corporates that they disrupt to build disruptive leadership capability, innovate and grow rapidly. Requirements
Experience
- 10+ years in the corporate innovation space with a proven track record of thought leadership and delivering impact at scale.
- 5+ years building leadership capability at a team and exec level, including partnering with innovation / venture boards within the corporate environment.
- Experienced leader within corporate and ideally high growth environments
Skills
- Corporate Innovation Expert
- Deep understanding of Lean Startup, Design Thinking and Agile - can articulate the difference between each and the where, when and why of using them
- Understands the wider system, i.e. thinks about innovation ecosystems as a sustainable way of delivering ongoing innovation via the interaction of its elements.
- Understands how to forge partnerships with different stakeholders across the system and create alignment and collaboration to enable innovation to succeed at a system level
- Understands the complexities of corporate innovation and how this differs from startup innovation, including: key organisational blockers, cultural differences, operating at scale
- Future focused leadership expert
- Extensive knowledge of leadership fit for the 4th industrial revolution, with knowledge of principles including adaptability, growth mindset, creating psychologically safe teams, facilitating co-creation, execution through experimentation, leadership for innovation and high growth environments
- Able to effectively deliver programme outcomes whilst identifying ways to improve it.
- Understands principles behind 360 assessment, psychometrics, learning design and evaluation
- Skilled Coach with relevant experience
- Passionate about developing others, with the practical and technical expertise needed to deliver in a complex environment.
- Worked with start up and corporate innovation founders and teams
- Experienced and inspiring facilitator
- Experienced using remote tools
- Comfortable working across multiple groups
- Prepared to get out of their own comfort zone and live the mindsets being taught.
- Highly proven consulting skills, able to work as trusted advisor to senior clients
- Doer and problem-solver prepared to work in a scrappy, fast-paced environment, generate creative solutions and navigate ambiguity.
