ROLE OVERVIEW

DEPARTMENT

The purpose of the Marketing department is to drive the growth of LandTech at scale. This means leading potential new customers towards the business and making sure the current ones increasingly use our products to grow their own businesses.

By managing mass communication channels and external messaging we ensure that our target audience gets the right message at the right time, regardless of whether it is the first time they hear about us, or if they are already a LandTech champion.

REMIT

Reporting to the Demand Generation Specialist, the Junior Marketing Development Representative (MDR) will engage people across conversational marketing channels, identifying prospects' pain points and showing them just how we can help. This will be achieved through the catering of an excellent experience, providing fast, relevant information as people need it, helping to get them not just ready to buy, but excited to buy.

You’ll also partner with the New Business team for the handover of qualified and engaged people, making sure they feel supported every step of their buying journey.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Identify potential LandTech customers by engaging with people who reach out to the team directly and conduct independent research to see if LandTech is the right fit for them. If so, you’ll guide them to the best product for their needs.
  • Provide a killer buying experience by proactively providing necessary information about the product and relevant content based on your research and understanding of the ideal customer to ensure they are informed and ready to take action.
  • Generate valuable insights from inbound engagement. Using the insights you’ll collect, you’ll keep the Marketing Management team informed about market trends and needs, ultimately guiding the overall marketing strategy.
  • Improve the buying experience by suggesting changes to the qualification and nurturing process based on the insights you generate, and work with the rest of the Marketing team to develop and implement those changes.
  • Be the face of LandTech by being the initial point of contact for all inbound engagement, setting the bar of quality and excellence they can expect from LandTech during their entire buying experience.
