Direct Valeting are looking for a ‘Regional Secretary’
To provide secretarial support to our Regional and Area Managers, the role includes
General secretarial duties
Managing diaries amp; arranging appointments
Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
Preparing and collating reports.
Dealing with customer complaints
Requirements
Ideally you will have experience in this field and have worked in a professional environment. You will need to be flexible, professional and have the ability to use your initiative.
The ideal candidate will have:
Good word and excel skills
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Excellent organisational skills, ability to work to tight deadlines and a positive can-do attitude
Accuracy and attention to detail
This is a full time position, however we can be flexible for the right applicant.
