We are excited to be expanding our Finance team in our Brighton HQ. We are seeking a payments assistant to contribute to our growth as a best-in-class organisation. About The Role
As our Payments Assistant, you will work with our Brighton based team and will be responsible for assisting in the daily administration of the finance department supporting the team preparing daily payments to sellers for approval.
A great opportunity for an experienced Payments Assistant looking for a fast paced and challenging role. With 40% year on year growth over the last four years and greater projections into 2021 now is the perfect time to join us!
This is a 6 month FTC.
Responsibilities
- Daily payments to suppliers amp; sellers
- Post/filing when in the office
- Ad hoc admin and support tasks as and when required
Requirements
- Accounts payable experience
- Bookkeeping experience
- Robust organisational, communication and time management skills
- Self motivated
- Ability to manage a large workload
You will possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills, robust organisational skills, and you will live and breathe excel formula!
Even Better If
- Previously worked in a fast paced scale-up organisation
- Previous finance experience would be an advantage.
- An interest in photography and/or videography is helpful at MPB
