Digital Surgery is a data-driven company implementing cutting-edge AI technology, computer vision, and augmented reality to the operating room (OR) and surgical training. Our goal is to deliver safer surgery around the world. The DS1 is our first OR device, allowing surgeons, OR team members, and trainees to securely access videos of their procedures shortly after surgery. The device uses advanced AI algorithms that enable automatic processing and uploading of videos. Our surgical training platform is the award-winning Touch Surgery application that provides safe and accessible training for surgeons and other health care professionals.
Being the IT Support Engineer at Touch Surgery requires a diverse set of skills. Each day will feel like a fresh challenge. You will have to be organised, self-motivated and built with a desire to constantly improve. The position will streamline various IT processes for our growing business and is critical in supporting users and key business systems by ensuring best practice is instilled across London and remote operational teams (US, Canada and Europe). This is a hands on role that will require someone who can work in a start-up culture (rapid changes, ad-hoc and last minute request) and turn their hand to responsibilities outside of a typical IT Support positions (Compliance, IT Vendor/Supplier management) whilst maintaining the ability to provide 1st/2nd line support where needed.
