We are growing rapidly and hiring a number out of hourse roles at our Enfield head office.

We are looking for Customer Service Executives to join our growing team, reporting to our Customer Happiness Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Answering customer enquiries by phone and resolving issues
• Monitoring and responding to customer emails
• Responding to customer enquiries over social channels
• Monitoring and responding to live chat
• Following up fulfilment and shipping enquiries
• Maintaining customer records on CRM system
• Following and improving customer service processes
• Utilising and developing templated response library
• Ad hoc admin duties
• Ensuring customer satisfaction is central to everything we do

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in a busy office environment
• Experience resolving customer enquiries
• Experience responding to customers over social channels
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• Good commercial acumen
• Proficient IT knowledge, in particular; ticketing systems (Helpscout, Zendesk etc.) Microsoft Office, Google Chrome
