We are growing rapidly and hiring a number out of hourse roles at our Enfield head office.
We are looking for Customer Service Executives to join our growing team, reporting to our Customer Happiness Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Answering customer enquiries by phone and resolving issues
- Monitoring and responding to customer emails
- Responding to customer enquiries over social channels
- Monitoring and responding to live chat
- Following up fulfilment and shipping enquiries
- Maintaining customer records on CRM system
- Following and improving customer service processes
- Utilising and developing templated response library
- Ad hoc admin duties
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is central to everything we do
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a busy office environment
- Experience resolving customer enquiries
- Experience responding to customers over social channels
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Good commercial acumen
- Proficient IT knowledge, in particular; ticketing systems (Helpscout, Zendesk etc.) Microsoft Office, Google Chrome
