Job Description

MATCHESFASHION is looking for an experienced Product Manager to manage all our Salesforce projects, specifically within Service Cloud and Social Studio. You will work closely with the Salesforce development team and collaborate with our Customer Care, Logistics, Private Shopping, Finance and Data teams to manage and deliver the Salesforce backlog.

Reporting to the Product Lead for Business Tech, the Product Manager will act as a conduit between the Salesforce community and the product team. You will build close, collaborative working relationships with stakeholders and engineering teams across Tech and lead the formation and delivery of work such that value is delivered early and often with an agile approach. You will be accountable for the value delivered by Salesforce for all our teams.

Requirements

  • Identify, prioritise and deliver improvements to our Salesforce products
  • Shape ideas and transform them into the product backlog and detailed user stories, ready for our development team
  • Guide our business stakeholders to adopt more efficient processes
  • Collaborate and build relationships with teams across the Tech department and the business to drive continuous improvement
  • Continue to build on the vision for our Salesforce implementation in collaboration with the stakeholder community and set the OKRs that will deliver against that vision
  • Prioritise effectively based on outcomes and define the key results expected for each initiative
  • Reflect on the delivery of those initiatives and use learnings on future iterations
  • Ensure the platform is performing, secure and compliant
  • Research and analyse market conditions, identifying key competitor and consumer trends
  • Continuously maintain, prioritise and iterate on the product backlog and manage the team’s workload and priorities effectively
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews/demos and retrospectives
  • Ensure proper documentation is produced throughout the lifecycle of each project (discovery, scoping, development) and maintained
  • Build strong relationships with third party suppliers to understand how their roadmap can enhance the need of the internal roadmap
  • Manage the Salesforce roadmap funnel from ideas, discovery and refinement, all the way to delivery and continuous improvement

Who you are
  • You have experience working with Salesforce (strongly preferred), or equivalent CRM Products, ideally in the ecommerce or retail industries.
  • You are well-versed in Scrum ways of working and have experience in agile software development
  • You have a strong product management track record and have managed software products from conception to implementation and maintenance
  • You have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • You are curious, humble and authentic
  • You can sort any ambiguity and ensure that everyone (in your team and outside) has relevant and clear information at all times
  • You pursue high standards
  • You know what good looks like for Salesforce systems and processes, and bring others along to drive continuous improvement
  • You are persistent, rational and use data and facts to come up with ideas and drive them forward
  • You are a strong and influential leader, and a team player with good interpersonal skills able to create a sense of community amongst the teams.
