We’re growing fast, so we’re looking for a part time Salesforce Developer to join our Operations team in the UK!

As a Salesforce Developer you will:

  • Understand the business needs of our Sales teams and transform them to custom implementations in Salesforce
  • Actively participate in the analysis phase and provide recommendations in the solution design phase
  • Develop new features / enhancements using coding and declarative customizations (process builders, workflows, validation rules and other process tools)
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues in our current setup and optimize workflows and automations to reduce errors and complexity
  • Identify, assess and propose improvements based on Salesforce capabilities and best practices

Requirements

  • Bsc in Computer Science
  • Experience as Developer, Consultant or CRM expert
  • Salesforce.com Developer Certification(s)
  • Experience with Salesforce Apex Programming Language, VisualForce, Lightning components, Force.com
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies, debugging / troubleshooting and testing processes
  • Experience with SOQL/Workbench
  • Proven ability to administer and configure the Salesforce system (e.g. custom objects, flows, validation rules, process builders, triggers, page layouts, profiles, Lightning components, etc.)
  • Comfortable with technical architecture and custom apps
  • Familiarity with analysis of business processes and flow diagrams (process mapping)
  • Good technical writing skills
  • Extra bonus points for:

    • Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud
    • Good understanding of integrations and APIs
    • Hands on experience in Salesforce CI/CD process or Metadata retrieve/deploy and git
    • Experience with scripting languages
    • Familiarity with data management and data flows (data anomalies amp; errors, data integrity, deduping) will be a plus
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team that combines IT and Business


    Please note that this is a remote, UK-based, part time (20 hours p/w) role.
