Job Description

As a Guest Experience Trainee, you will deliver a high quality accommodation and food amp; beverage experience to all our guests, ensuring that all of our guests have an amazing experience whether that is through exceptional standards of cleaning within their holiday home or through friendly and efficient service in the food and beverage team. Typical working patterns will see you support our existing Accommodation team on our holiday change over days Friday amp; Monday and then experiencing the fast pace of our Famp;B operation over our key trading days Saturday amp; Sunday.

Responsibilities:

  • Embrace and promote the Parkdean Resorts values Creating Amazing Memories culture
  • Assist the accommodation team in delivering a high quality accommodation experience and great first impression.
  • Ensuring accommodation is cleaned in accordance with Covid guidelines and within the required time frame.
  • Carry out courtesy calls to guests to establish levels of satisfaction and exceed expectations
  • Carry out accommodation inventory and Hamp;S checks.
  • Check and report any repairs in the holiday home through the correct communication channel.
  • Work with the Famp;B team to deliver speedy and efficient service both front of house in and the kitchen.
  • Communicate efficiently with others in both departments.
  • As a team, discover and implement ways to improve guest feedback scores
  • Complete all company training provided in your workbook and on FLOW
  • Carry out all tasks following Parkdean Resorts Health and Safety processes and procedures
  • Deal effectively and efficiently with guests in all areas of the Complex
  • Work safely adhearing to all legal requirements to ensure the Health, Safety and Welfare of yourself, guests and visitors whilst on company premises.

Benefits

25 hours per week with an hourly rate of 9.00 per hour.

Working 6 hours per day with an additional hour of dedicated training each Friday
