This role plays an integral part to support Network My Club’s expansion into new territories of the UK and plan for the exciting return of our live event schedule post pandemic.

Network My Club is a business networking membership organisation, connecting and supporting businesses of all sizes across the South East and London, bringing them together through regular live and online networking events to network, connect and grow.

Our live events take place at iconic sporting venues such as Twickenham Stadium, The Amex Stadium, The Kia Oval cricket ground and more. Whilst online events are delivered on innovative platform, Remo.

Through the pandemic, few companies have had to pivot and adapt like Network My Club.

From a face-to-face networking events and membership business to operating solely online, through huge levels of innovation and resilience, we’ve emerged from the pandemic with a more robust business and greater portfolio of services.

These services expand the reach of Network My Club; you will be joining at a very exciting growth period for the business as we return to live events at some of the country’s most iconic sporting venues, whilst expanding into new regions of the UK.

Pre pandemic, Network My Club saw a year-on-year growth in revenue of between 50-75%. Through our resilience, innovation, and adaption, we’ll have recovered revenue to pre-pandemic levels by mid 2021. The Membership amp; Events Manager role will focus on continuing to drive this growth, navigating through, and helping us to own, a new era of networking and events.

What You’ll Do

The ultimate mission of the Membership and Events Manager is to drive membership growth and engagement.

To plan and execute a strategy that continually supports members to fully utilise membership, maximising their time and investment, resulting in increased engagement and ongoing retention.

Overseeing our Events amp; Membership Assistant, your team will deliver quality networking events, membership value, organic growth and innovative business development.

  • Responsible for member experience, introducing market-leading membership engagement strategy, including reinvigorating current processes and assets
  • Implement member recruitment and retention strategy, plan, and measurements of success
  • Onboard and orient new members, demonstrating membership value, understanding of their business objectives, and identifying solutions
  • Curate high quality networking events, both virtually and in-person, alongside Events amp; Membership Assistant
  • Play an active role at events to develop relationships with current members and demonstrate value to prospective members
  • Make genuine connections and form beneficial introductions between members
  • Organise regular check-ins with members to better understand needs, resolve any ongoing concerns/issues and understand how we can help them better
  • Consistently bring new ideas and concepts to life that add value to membership
  • Maintain CRM system and improve CRM processes alongside our Digital Communications Manager, ensuring all membership data remains up to date and in accordance with guidelines
  • Nurture and manage a pipeline of collaborations with networking membership and event organisations across all regions NMC
