We are looking for an ambitious, results orientated Digital Trading Manager to join our retail team as we build the most creative and accessible clothing brand for pop culture fans everywhere.

Requirements

The Role

The Digital Trading Manager will manage our digital sales platforms on a day to day basis focused on Amazon Merchant-Fulfilled and FBA but also covering eBay and Shopify, helping the business to actualise our ambitious but achievable revenue targets through product initiatives, listing optimisation, account health and a multi-layered advertising strategy.


Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management on Amazon, including FBA
  • Working alongside our Listings Team ensure timely listing upload and listings optimisation
  • Working alongside our Amazon Advertising Team to ensure sell-through and inventory management
  • Collaborate with the Listings Team to troubleshooting listing issues on multiple sales channels
  • Managing the account health on our sales platforms
  • Good understanding of Amazon, eBay, and other online marketplaces
  • Co-ordination with various Marketplaces for solving queries and issues regarding the accounts
  • Updating Product Data/ specifications/ Images/ Pricing/ Discount
  • Reports generation, Secondary sales analysis and replenishment
  • Creating amp; Monitoring promotional activities at Marketplaces (paid and organic)
  • Work will involve extensive use of excel spreadsheets, email correspondence, and working with online control panels.
  • Good understanding of campaigns and sponsored advertisements in Amazon and other marketplaces essential


Mandatory Skills amp; Experience

  • At least 2 years of recent experience with managing a multinational, high volume Amazon Seller Central account
  • A proven track record in achieving targets and working to strict KPIs
  • Excellent reporting skills and an advanced working knowledge of Excel valued
  • Previous experience at building and optimising advertising campaigns on Amazon
  • Market Place experience is Essential (Ebay, Amazon)
  • Retail or eCommerce Customer Journey experience is preferred
  • Excellent people skills a self-manager and technically minded
  • Be excited about working for a startup
  • Active team player
  • Able to work under a minimum supervision within a fast paced environment


Nice To Have

  • Experience with Channel Advisor
  • 2nd Language - ideally German or French
  • Experience at working with licensed apparel

Working Location

Our business is based in Loughborough but there is an option for part Work From Home.
