Key responsibilities:

Sales

  • Calling inactive VICTOR members to establish if they still have need for our services, if they do you will then be responsible for completing a KYC qualification exercise;
  • Supporting the Sales team with updating key client information in Victor’s CRM and introducing clients to account managers for further management;
  • Supporting the Sales team to help prepare and collate Sales documentation and proposals.

Requirements

  • Sales-oriented with an interest in the luxury market and/or aviation and ability to spot potential business opportunities;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member;
  • Good attention to detail, highly organized, proactive with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments and multitask;
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work, flexibility and ability to work independently;
  • Proficiency in English language with excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in German, French, Russian, Mandarin, Arabic or any other language would be desirable but not essential.
