Job Description
UK BASED: Blue Prism is looking for a CTO, EMEA to provide product, technology and operating model advice to our customers in the EMEA region as well as driving and supporting Blue Prism's strategy for scaling automation.

Key Accountabilities
- Act as executive sponsor for key customers throughout the region, to build a strategic partnership and to share the Blueprism’s product vision, implementation methodology, innovation roadmap and industry experience.
- Deliver innovative, end-to-end designs and solutions in line with our client’s transformation strategies and architecture standards
- Drive greater customer scale through strategic engagements that lead to the adoption of Blueprism’s products, services and best practices.
- Lead and/or support strategic company initiatives that align our solutions to key industry trends such as automation at scale, AI, Cloud and human/digital unified workforces.
- Establish and build a strong connection with the sales and Go-To-Market teams to support go-to-market strategies and sales cycles, contribute to marketing campaigns and develop regional thought leadership activities, including speaking with press and presenting at industry conferences.
- Synthesise and amplify key product priorities from our EMEA customers with a specific focus on achieving enterprise scale and influence our global product roadmap accordingly.
- Align with Blueprism’s Corporate and Product Marketing teams to make sure our messaging reflects our regional priorities based on knowledge gained from EMEA customer executives.
- Support sales enablement efforts by influencing how sales teams deliver the product vision and automation thought leadership.
- Influence our Partnering strategy to ensure we develop strong regional technology and delivery partnerships to expand and complement our product capabilities.
- Engage in Intelligent Automation communities and relevant networks in the region
Requirements
Work Experience amp; Functional/Technical Skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills including the ability to interact with subject matter experts
- Excellent technical problem-solving skills
- Excellent strategic thinking skills
- Strong influencer, compelling and credible at senior management levels
- Proven track record in the delivery of mission-critical and enterprise-wide commercial solutions
- Significant comparable experience working throughout the region
- Willingness to travel for extended periods within the region
- Good Corporate Citizen with natural team-working style
Education and Certifications
- Education to a bachelor’s degree level in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines (will be advantageous but not essential)
