Ruroc, recently backed by VC firm BGF with 7m, is completely D2C. All sales take place through our eCommerce store www.ruroc.com giving us a direct connection with our customers that legacy / competitor brands do not possess. This close connection to the end rider has given us the ability to reduce the feedback loop and rapidly innovate and enhance our gear at a rate never seen before in the Global helmet industry.
We control our destiny; we manage everything end-to-end to deliver our promise to customers and fulfil the potential of the Ruroc brand. We are building world-class teams across the board and in 2021 we have invested in our own Ruroc Factory to keep up with our ever-snowballing demand.
We are now looking for a Quality Control Operative Temp to join our operations function, tasked with assessing Ruroc products before they go out to customers.
At Ruroc, we make sure ALL products are in perfect condition before we send to our customers. The QC team are trained to ensure our standards are maintained to keep our riders safe and happy!
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Quality assessing helmets and accessories, checking goods are in condition to be sold
- Identify and report any helmets or accessories that are not in line with Company standards
- Ensure that Quality Assurance is the main priority from start to finish
- Maintain a safe and clean warehouse and working environment Other duties in the warehouse when required
- Think like a Ruroc Rider. All-day. Everyday
Requirements
This role is for you if:- You have experience of working in Quality Control
- You have a high attention to detail, able to spot discrepancies in a product both functionally and aesthetically
- You have experience of working at pace
- You are a team player
- You can be flexible with availability during peak periods
