Lead / Head of Product Design

We are VavaCars and we are building the most trusted marketplace for car purchases in the world. In 2020 year we grew 10x despite Covid and multiple macro headwinds.

To continue to support this growth we are looking to scale our Design and UX team significantly in 2021 in London. To help do this we are looking for a lead/head of product design to ensure our customer-first principles are front and centre and we stay true to our belief that you win on user experience.

As a lead/head of product design you will be both strategic and hands-on. You will work collaboratively with the CPO to ensure we have a strong and clear vision for the experience we want to target and then take this to the teams to build.

And you will have the opportunity to grow and lead our design team in a way that maximises collaboration with product and engineering to bring our vision of the easiest and most trustworthy used car platform in the world to life.
