Requirements
We are looking for an Internal Recruiter that shares the same values of pragmatism, professionalism and transparency that we do. Currently, we are all working remotely due to Covid-19. As things start to return to normal, there would be occasional travel to our London office for internal meetings, company and social events.
You will join an already established and fast-growing company and will be responsible for sourcing across all of our functions including tech, delivery, marketing and operations. You’ll provide an exceptional candidate experience by delivering a professional service to candidates and colleagues.
What you will be doing:
Working collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition Manager and key stakeholders, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and qualifying potential candidates using a variety of sourcing platforms and tactics to finding potential candidates in a large array of networking groups and online communities.
- Creating attractive and inclusive approaches to communicate with passive and active candidates, using A/B testing to bring out the best response rates.
- Ensuring our applicant system is efficiently managed and up to date.
- Actively building relationships with our internal teams, using those relationships to gain referrals and deeper insights into the business, roles and teams you're recruiting for to support your work.
- Source across a broad set of roles across various verticals such as Software Development (JVM, C#, Node.js) Professional Services, Marketing and Sales.
You would be working in a cross-location recruitment team of 4 and encouraged to voice your opinions and implement your ideas on how we can continue to improve Codurance’s recruitment processes and candidate experience. You’ll be collaborating with the team on plans, strategy, and will be supported by the team to further develop your recruitment knowledge and your career here.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in (tech) recruitment / sourcing for candidates (18 months+)
- You are proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and can utilise the tool to find top talent.
- You look to use alternative methods to find talent such as Github, Meetups, Slack communities etc.
Most importantly, you believe in a great candidate experience - you'll often be their first point of contact with us. You appreciate the need for attention to detail and a well crafted approach. We're looking for someone who enjoys and can learn quickly, and who would be able to collect, deliver and present the right level of information (technically and culturally) in order to attract the best talent in the market.
