The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Growth Digital Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) to join our Direct to Consumer team, reporting to the Digital amp; Marketing Director. Your role will be to manage all digital acquisition channels (PPC, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, Content Networks, Podcasts, and any other digital acquisition channels), supporting both subscription and store sales growth.

As a Senior Growth Digital Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover), you will work with several teams and our senior management, developing and executing channel strategy as well as reporting on performance.

As Senior Growth Digital Marketing Manager your main responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the planning, development, execution and reporting of all paid customer acquisition channels, including PPC, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, Content Networks, Podcasts, and any other digital acquisition channels.
  • Manage the digital acquisition budget across all channels, to optimise spends and maximise return. Forecast performance and spend for future budget recommendations.
  • Define and measure growth metrics, dashboards, and be responsible for communicating key actionable insights to the business. You will own your KPIs, ensuring there is a sense of pace and urgency to achieving them.
  • Own the relationship with all external agencies (PPC amp; Paid Social, Affiliates)
  • Convert insights into action - see customer acquisition process through from ideation to execution
  • Measure core KPIs such as CAC, ROI and use CLTV to drive the business
  • Design holistic lead generation and nurturing campaigns, leveraging marketing automation and CRM functionalities
  • Be agile and iterative in your approach and relentless in your search for unexploited growth opportunities

You’ll be perfect for the role if you:

  • Have a minimum of 5 years experience in digital marketing across the marketing mix driving growth from channels including PPC and Paid Social.
  • Are commercially-minded, highly analytical and passionate about finding creative ways to reach new audiences and acquire new customers, using data to improve amp; inform decisions.
  • Have a solid knowledge of all digital acquisition channels, as well as measurement tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Have managed a 1.5m+ digital acquisition budget and are a master in the art of Excel spreadsheets.
  • Have some knowledge of Google Tag Manager and can support the product team with tracking issues.
  • Preferably have some experience or knowledge of working in a Direct to Consumer Subscription business.
  • Are a pro at using your initiative, you have a can-do attitude and always want to learn and grow.
  • Are a self-starter. You have a contagious spirit to help us build the best brand we can. You’ll also be highly collaborative and welcome working closely with the rest of the business.
