This position entails working with a social shopping platform account founded in 2012 that operates in the UK, Italy, and the USA.

Requirements

The role

  • Find, and attract the world's best talent to our clients.
  • Working from the inside of a talent team, you will work to change, improve and develop internal processes which enable companies to scale rapidly with a high bar.
  • You will use a range of deep sourcing techniques to find candidates, both on Linkedin (Boolean skills) and on other platforms.
  • Working with one client at once, you will get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally.
  • Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice.
  • Your focus will be recruiting great people across: software engineering, DevOps, Back-end and Front-end plus other infrastructure disciplines.
  • You will need to have at least 3+ years recruiting within technology.

  • 22 days paid holiday each year, in addition to German public holidays and 3 days office closure between Christmas and New Year’s Day.
