We are looking for a competent Audience Development Manager to support the growth of our social partners and bring market leading talent trends to the team.Responsibilities:
- Growth of a social partner community with a view to activate projects across their platforms.
- Identify ways to activate paid partnership campaigns to new audiences.
- Build and develop relationships with third-party agencies, casting companies and talent management to ensure a global network of KOLs are available at request.
- Book and handle contracts, including cost and deliverable negotiations for a variety of projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing talent and growing social audiences.
- Key industry contacts and an understanding of the HYPEBEAST community.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving.
- A team player with great communication skills.
- Computer literate and good with handling legal documents.
