ABOUT OUR TEAM
Our Customer Success Team goes above and beyond to ensure customers feel supported, and their move to PensionBee is as smooth as possible.
We are currently hiring for the following position:
We are currently hiring for Admin Team Members (Nectar Collector) which align closely with our 5 company values of Love, Honesty, Innovation, Simplicity and Quality. These values guide our everyday decisions and provide a framework for us all to live and work by.
In our Nectar Collector role, you will find yourself checking for detail and exceptional organisational skills to demystify the administrative tasks that go into a successful transfer. Through working exclusively with certain pension providers, you'd make sure we're always on the ball, and able to jump over any hurdles they place in our way.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Clear written and spoken English
- A confident, personable attitude
- Prior Knowledge of the pension market is advantageous, but not required, as full training will be provided
