Location: Flexible but you need to be able to attend the Brighton office 1-2 times per week.

Key areas of responsibility

  • Work with the Product Team to implement the product strategy and contribute to hitting team and company Objectives and key results
  • Own the 12 month product roadmap for our Platform and Infrastructure Team
  • Speak to customers regularly to identify opportunities and problems which Elucidat can solve
  • Improve customer satisfaction through better backlog prioritization
  • Review product data to identify areas of potential UX improvement and sales expansion opportunities
  • Own the 12 month product roadmap for our Platform and Infrastructure Team
  • Define and hit the product metrics for your area of responsibility
  • Work with the UX team to design and fine tune product developments
  • Write clear user stories and comprehensive acceptance criteria for an agile product development team
  • Plan and execute 2 week sprints with your team to continuously improve and build upon our product using agile principles
  • Plan and carry out product launches with a cross-functional team including Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
  • Manage existing products including customer feedback, iterations and maintenance
  • Support CS and Sales teams by being first point of contact for questions about your area of the product

Requirements

Need to have.

  • Technical Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in technical roles such as support engineer and/or developer
  • Working knowledge of systems such as Jira, Prodpad, Hotjar
  • Experience of roadmapping for complex software development
  • Knowledge of a range of product prioritisation and planning frameworks
  • You’ll be a super organiser able to keep on top of a busy, interesting and varied workload
  • Enthusiastic communication at all levels to build strong relationships with our fantastic teams across the business
  • Empathy and desire to problem solve
  • Track record of working as a product manager in a fast scaling company
  • Experience of working with an agile product and engineering team


Nice to have.

  • Experience in a startup or growth-stage SAAS company.
  • Experience building software using AWS
  • Experience in a Learning Design environment or agency.
