Ruroc make badass helmets Enginehawk makes badass jackets. As a group Ruroc and Enginehawk’s mission is to save lives on and off the bike. Both brands focus on creating the perfect balance between design and engineering to ensure our products save lives, look epic and set us apart from the competition. In 2019, Ruroc had our first $1m turnover day, in 2020 it had its first $1m turnover hour and in 2021 we had our first ever $1m turnover half an hour! Ruroc has grown from $1m rev to a $30m+ revenue Action / Motorsports brand selling into over 90 countries globally from our single distribution centre in Gloucester and we are primed ready to dominate an industry that has been stagnant for too long! The Enginehawk brand officially launches in April 2021 and is expected to match the growth and success that Ruroc has seen.
The brands, recently been backed by VC firm BGF with 7m, are completely D2C. All sales take place through our eCommerce stores www.ruroc.com and www.enginehawk.com giving us a direct connection with our customers that legacy / competitor brands do not possess. This close connection to the end rider has given us the ability to reduce the feedback loop and rapidly innovate and enhance our gear at a rate never seen before in the Global protective gear industry.

We are building world-class teams across the board and in 2021 we are investing in enhancing our supply chain with our own helmet factory to keep up with our ever-snowballing demand.
Reporting to the Brand Director, you will execute photo shoot concepts and translate them in to beautifully executed, and technically accurate final pieces, whether that be for use in print or digital ensuring you can execute at all touch points.
You will be working inside our in-house agency built up of CGI, Video, Graphic and Image execs to deliver creative assets that engage our target audience and develops an emotional connection with them. You will be working closely with a team of creators to create innovative concepts/ideas for campaigns that will be used across our commercial pillars (Product, Brand, Marketing, Trading, Operations).
The main focus will be on Studio Photography but we are also looking for candidates that are capable on also working across lifestyle shoots.
