The Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our front office investment team. You will be responsible for winning new business, developing client relationships and sourcing exceptional talent our clients. This team combines over 30 years of experience between their consultants. We partner with Institutional Asset Managers from top tier to boutique firms, Custodians, Endowments, Family Offices, Fund of Funds, Hedge Funds, Insurance Companies, Investment Consultants, Pension Funds, Private Banks, Private Equity Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Wealth Managers.

We are currently hiring for our Investment Consultancy desk to work with the advisors to institutional asset owners on their portfolio strategy and implementation. This is a very warm desk with long established relationships with many UK investment advisories ranging from large established global consultants with in excess of 1trillion to smaller boutique advisors specialising in alternative and private market asset classes.

Role examples:

• Head of Investment Consulting - 150,000 + bonus
• Senior Investment Consultant - 100,000 + bonus
• Fiduciary Manager - 100,000 + bonus
• Investment Solutions Manager - 100,000 + bonus
• Investment Consultant - 75,000 + bonus
• Investment Analyst - 55,000 + bonus

This is a desk with existing clients and a demonstrated track record of success. Through a continued business development effort and support from peers and management it has strong potential to be a growth desk which has been invested in from the investment management team.

The Person

• An experienced recruitment consultant with an interest in investments and financial services
• A demonstrated track record of success as a recruitment researcher or 360* consultant
• Possesses high energy and a positive, can-do attitude
• Experience of business development and relationship management
• Knowledge of the Investment Consulting sector is a distinct advantage
• Proven ability to build a successful candidate network
