We are looking for the proactive Customer Success Specialist to ensure our customers are on their way to improve their metabolic health. You’ll be the integral part of the team that has the responsibility to provide people with actionable health insides based on data.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll get to work on getting direct feedback from the customers even when things are going well! There is always a way to improve, right?

What you’ll do:

  • Provide world-class support via emails and chats.
  • Be the go-to resource for the customers.
  • You are a subject-matter expert to the platform who helps customers to succeed to become power user of the platform.
  • Troubleshoot any issues to identify and report bugs.
  • Identify trends in feature requests and reporting them to product team.
  • Effectively sharing customers’ feedback to the team to improve the customers experience on the go.
  • Proactive understanding how customers use the service and what it takes to build a long-lasting relationship and engagement.

Additional tasks:

  • Video calls with customers to check the experience of using the app;
  • Creating website articles.

Requirements

  • Native level of English;
  • Experience of managing Customer Success tasks on a top priority;
  • Preventive healthcare knowledge or good understanding of it;
  • Experience showing empathy and being proactive when helping others, either in medical health centers or supporting communities or individuals;
  • You are a master of the details, and you dig deep to understand what it takes for all customers to become power users;
  • Excellent communication skills and compassion.
