We work with over 100 schools and further education colleges. Additionally, we provide training to teachers, develop impactful projects to widen access to Higher Education and improve Science amp; Maths education for the Welsh Government, and we’ve built the Educators Wales digital recruitment platform. The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Equal, you’ll gain a thorough insight into the work of a Recruitment Consultant in the specialist education sector.
You’ll work with our Candidate Recruitment Manager, Compliance Manager and School Recruitment Managers to grow and enhance our network of education professionals and make a real difference to our growth through enabling us to service more client schools and colleges throughout Wales.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant with Equal, you’ll be dealing with our candidates and clients on a daily basis and our maintaining our strong reputation through working with integrity is key.
Communication
In addition to your energy and professionalism, we’ll need you to have a high standard of written English and written communication, be a strong verbal communicator and have confidence in presenting yourself and representing the company to new people.
Digital literacy
You will also need to be digitally literate and able to effectively pick up/learn how to use new systems.
A willingness to learn
Full training will be provided but strong intuition and curiosity to learn will be especially helpful.
Qualifications
Degree-level qualifications would be desirable, but are not essential in this role. We are equally interested in hearing from motivated school-leavers and those who’ve taken other paths.
