Lead Full Stack Engineer

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our Product team, creating and driving development on our suite of products designed to enhance the customer experience for our automotive customers.
This role will manage a small team of developers, specifically looking at integrating our solutions with third-party partners. The position offers the opportunity to work within a small team of highly skilled, motivated and passionate professionals working on high level projects with clients such as Audi, Cadillac and Porsche.

The Role
- Lead integration of ZeroLight solutions with third party platforms and sandboxes.
- Lead amp; mentor a small team.
- Establish good programming practise (code reviews, merge requests etc.)
- Oversee development of product demonstrations.
- Oversee our SpotLight Support Centre development.
- Work with our SpotLight team to improve microsite architecture.
Requirements
The Person
- Previous experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
- Experience with React.
- Experience with Gitflow or similar.
