Mission: To provide first class administrative support to our People and Culture team. You will be responsible for coordinating activities across the People and Culture function, working closely with our Operations Manager on recruitment, office management and other administrative tasks that help ensure Elucidat is a great place to work.
Hours: Open to Full time or Part time (min 4 days per week) applicants
Location: UK based, regularly attending our Brighton office (minimum 2-3 days per week)

People and Operations Assistant
As our People and Operations Assistant, your primary mission is to support our Operations Manager and VP of People and Culture on administrative tasks around recruitment, onboarding, office management and broader operations.
Core responsibilities:
- Management of the Brighton office space, including day to day repairs, supporting on arrangements for a wider company return to the office, maintaining office supply levels
- Managing the document preparation for company and board meeting cycles. Ensure that information is updated in a timely manner from multiple stakeholders, often to tight deadlines. Raising any concerns to the Operations Manager as required
- Support the Operations Manager with the organisations of Elucidat team events, monthly, quarterly and bi-annually. Events are both in person and virtual
- Provide administrative recruitment support, including booking interviews, liaising with recruiters regarding candidate feedback and ensuring recruitment processes are progressed in a timely manner
- Research support to help on wider company initiatives
- Working closely with the Operations Manager on the preparation and signing of company and HR documentation
- Regularly updating our HR and Recruitment platforms to ensure data accuracy
Requirements
- You have excellent English verbal and writing skills (native or near-native speaker)
- You have exceptional organisational and problem solving skills
- Ideally you will have some experience (1-2 years) within an Office Management/Operations/PA role
- A natural interest in operations and people and culture processes
- You will be an enthusiastic learner
- A strong passion for improving process and operational efficiency
- You will be able to build strong relationships at every level of Elucidat
