Recruitment Advisor - 6 month Fixed Term Contract

Job Description
As a result of some exciting internal moves we are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our team for a six month Fixed Term Contract. You'll be joining a team alongside two Recruitment Business Partners and a Head of Recruitment, supporting hiring activities across a wide range of departments.
This would be an ideal role for someone looking to make the move from agency recruitment into an inhouse role, speaking to candidates about career opportunities at an award winning employer that placed in the Top 10 Large Companies list at the 2021 Best Companies Awards.

How you'll make a difference
You'll work closely with the Recruitment Business Partners to ensure hiring managers have high quality and diverse shortlists for all vacancies. You will be naturally inquisitive and use this to build a picture of what it means to work at Camelot very quickly, which will in turn enable you to source and select the best candidates available. An exceptional candidate experience will be central to everything you do, helping us to build upon our excellent reputation as an employer.
