We're currently recruiting for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join us at Hale Country Club and Spa, Cheshire's premier health spa. Set in the heart of Cheshire, Hale Country Club and Spa offers exclusivity, unrivalled luxury, and class-leading facilities. With a state-of-the-art gym, magnificent health spa and sumptuous Japanese restaurant, nowhere offers more for its members.

Our 42-cover restaurant offers a fantastic a la carte menu for both lunch and dinner as well as a bar menu, afternoon tea and Spa Menu.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
• Using fresh produce with a seasonal changing menu and an emphasis on local produce

• Be passionate about fresh, seasonal produce and learning new styles/techniques
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Interest in modern techniques
• Ambitious and career focused Chef
• A good work ethic and will nurture

• This role includes a good work life balance including 4 x 12 hour shifts per week and 3 days off
