We have a brand new opportunity at Mindera and a chance for you to make your mark! We are looking for an Employer Brand Specialist to focus on the design and implementation of the brand proposition, creating and implementing communication campaigns and social media content to showcase our diverse and inclusive brand in the technology candidate marketplace. You will be using the careers website and social media platforms to build brand awareness around life at Mindera.

You will

• Develop an employer brand proposition to attract talented people to join our Mindera family!
• Bring creative and targeted marketing campaigns to each geography, embracing new strategies and innovative techniques to keep Mindera ahead of the competition
• Understand and how to utilize the newest trends in employer branding/recruitment marketing and be aware of industry best practice
• Advertise our Code Academy and focus on attracting potential Software Engineer students and professionals looking for a career change
• Use inclusive language and represent Mindera as brand ambassadors when telling the story about working at Mindera
• Update our social media platforms with exciting content that will appeal to our target audience of technologists
• Be responsible for creating content and other media such as advertising for careers fairs and local meet-ups.
• Develop communication campaigns that support our recruitment strategy
• Be digital and social media savvy, and understand how to use metrics to optimize marketing programs and track results.
• Promote life at Mindera in an engaging and innovative way
• Engage with the wider team and advocate colleagues personal blogs
• Measure engagement levels for all activity

Requirements

Would be great if you

• Have a passion for employer branding and the impact it can have in shaping a diverse and inclusive organization.
• A "hit the ground running" attitude
• Experience in building and implementing employer brand initiatives
• Good knowledge and experience of using LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other platforms
• A good understanding of the recruitment life cycle
• Have experience working within the IT sector is essential
• Influential in building relationships and internal networks
• Demonstrates the development of innovative content
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong operational execution skills with strategic thinking
• High energy, a sense of urgency, decisiveness and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
