Requirements
We are scaling fast and looking to double the size of our Product and Tech team (currently 23!) over the next 12 months. As our Tech recruiter your mission will be to design recruitment campaigns end to end, searching, targeting and approaching the best tech talent whilst providing memorable experiences for both candidates and your hiring managers. The roles for will range from Senior Software Engineers to Product Managers and Designers. You will also be part of a talent team looking to innovate and share best practices whilst getting buy-in from the broader business: hiring excellent people and keeping them excellent is our mantra.
About you
- Pride yourself on sourcing, building intelligent pipelines and telling our story to the tech community. From LinkedIn to Github, you know how to find the best talent.
- Curious, always looking to learn more about how we build our products and the technology we use.
- Pragmatic, form strong relationships with hiring managers and are delivery and data-driven.
- A passionate communicator from telling our story to candidates to coaching and advising hiring managers on how to make a great hire.
- A problem solver, you proactively identify opportunities through data to improve our approach and drive meaningful changes.
- Detailed orientated from organising interviews to closing candidates, you understand the small details make things possible.
