Working in an Agile environment, our team helps to scope and build scalable complex systems, from consumer-facing products to internal tooling. As we move forward, we are looking to embed data-driven and problem-obsessed domain expertise into everything that we do, ensuring that product-based thinking is central to Zego’s decision making.
This role is responsible for a broad and critically important set of components that together form our solutions for Zego Customer Success teams. You will manage the existing components and define, design, develop and deliver the suite of new features and capabilities to support our business units - including our Customer Relationship Management System. Reporting to Zego’s Head of Platform Products, in time, this role leads a small team of Product Managers focused on our internal tooling, driving their development and adoption.
You’ll be working closely with senior leaders across the business, especially in the Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams to deliver the best possible products to our internal teams, while also informing how our Product Manager for customer facing interfaces can expose the capabilities in our online interfaces for self-service. As such you’ll have strong knowledge and understanding of customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention through digital products and how to make things simple and efficient for sales and support teams.
