We are always looking to try new approaches, iterate on our experiences and stay on the cutting edge. Due to the ongoing pandemic, we’ve had to get creative to ensure our staff are supported and rewarded. The Role

Due to the ongoing growth of xDesign, we are looking for an experienced talent acquisition professional to join us in supporting ambitious business growth plans as we scale our teams.


As part of our in-house Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for:

  • Hands on management of all recruitment platforms, predominantly across our technical hiring but also for non technical roles
  • Direct sourcing of suitable technical candidates and pro-actively building a talent pipeline of active and passive candidates in line with team growth plans
  • Owning and championing the candidate experience, iterating on processes to ensure quality of process and maintaining strong candidate management
  • Being an Ambassador for xDesign - as a first point of contact for candidates, you'll maintain our employer brand identity
  • Supporting and contributing to the Talent Acquisition team's mission to deliver a strong and consistent level of talent pipeline to meet talent resourcing and growth requirements
  • Ad-hoc recruitment projects, e.g. graduate/intern programmes, employer branding, community engagement, new hire onboarding, recruitment events

Requirements

  • You are an experienced technical recruiter, with a successful track record of sourcing high calibre candidates for a variety of roles
  • Our ideal candidate will have worked in-house, supporting end-to-end recruitment processes
  • You have a solid understanding of the recruitment lifecycle in a technical environment
  • You have the ability to work at pace, with attention to detail, while building relationships with stakeholders and candidates
  • You will bring a good knowledge of the tech industry
  • You will be passionate about the candidate experience from attraction to onboarding
  • You are able to work autonomously, managing your own day to day activities

Salary 35,000 - 50,000 plus benefits.

Please note - this position isn’t suitable long-term for remote working, or for people who don’t have full rights to work in the UK. While we have a flexile working approach, we expect this owner of this role to be in commuting distance to Edinburgh. We are however currently all working in accordance with Scottish Government guidelines.
