We’re doing this by ensuring that product strategy underpins everything that we do, and that our Product Managers are empowered to make decisions, in collaboration with the engineering team and other stakeholders.

Working in an Agile environment, our team helps to scope and build scalable complex systems, from consumer-facing products to internal tooling. As we move forward, we are looking to embed data-driven and problem-obsessed domain expertise into everything that we do, ensuring that product-based thinking is central to Zego’s decision making.

• You will be responsible for B2B digital products - in partnership with the commercial team you will drive the commercial success and sustainability
• You will be working with a strong engineering team, complete with a Tech Lead, Staff Engineer and Engineering Manager for support taking the role of Product Owner within the squad you lead - while also managing Product Managers to do the same for their own squads
• You will work with the Head of B2B Product to aid definition and implementation of Zego’s B2B product strategy
• You will guide your team of product managers, encouraging experimentation and research to deliver successful components
• You will clearly understand the entirety of our customer’s product experience, ensuring we are able to offer relevant new features as well as varied customers - from Fleet Managers and their drivers to Brokers and their Fleet customers
• You will represent the customer and play a critical role in re-aligning initiatives and plans to meet their immediate and future needs

• You have Product Management experience in innovative commercial product teams - preferably within a Fintech or Insurtech - B2B/Enterprise experience a distinct advantage
• You are able to work within an agile Product team and demonstrate value through building data-driven products
• You are a natural strategist, holding strong ideas loosely and comfortable navigating shifting priorities
• You are an excellent communicator, able to articulate your ideas and perspectives individually and across the organisation
• You are able to draw extensive insights from qualitative and quantitative data and work closely with user research teams
• You are commercially minded and enjoy the challenge of adapting to the evolving needs of an ambitious business
