We're currently recruiting for a Housekeeper to join us at Hale Country Club and Spa, Cheshire's premier health spa. Set in the heart of Cheshire, Hale Country Club and Spa offers exclusivity, unrivalled luxury and class leading facilities. With a state-of-the-art gym, magnificent health spa and sumptuous Japanese fine dining restaurant, nowhere offers more for it's members.

The successful candidate will be somebody who is passionate for consistently achieving our impeccable standards and will play an integral part in our housekeeping team. We want somebody with meticulous cleaning standards that can balance interacting with our members whilst getting the job done.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning duties to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and safety
• Customer service; actively seek customer feedback and make improvements
• Recording all cleaning duties and tasks on relevant checklist to maintain the company standards
• Adhere to COSHH regulations, ensuring the correct use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipments
• Replenishing of lockers and items used around the club such as soaps and toilet rolls

Requirements

• Hard working with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail
• Can demonstrate a passion for exceeding expectations
• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or health club environment, with the ability to multi task and work unsupervised
• Effective communication skills and approachable to members and other staff
