We're currently recruiting for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join us at Hale Country Club and Spa, Cheshire's premier health spa. The successful candidate will be somebody who is passionate for consistently achieving our impeccable standards and will play an integral part in our housekeeping team. We want somebody with meticulous cleaning standards that can balance interacting with our members whilst getting the job done.

The role of a Housekeeping Supervisor
- As the supervisor you need to ensure the department runs smoothly this includes, making sure all rotas for your team are in place to cover the needs of the club; Deploying team resources most effectively, prioritising to overcome day to day operations.
- Ensuring our high standards are being met on-site and they are regularly reviewed with the Operations Manager and General Manager.
- Hold a clear understanding of Health and Safety legislation and to be proactive in the reduction of onsite accidents.
- Ensure that you complete and submit wage timesheets/holiday and sickness forms within the given time scales for your team members.
- Create and deliver ongoing training for new and current team members.
- Stock take cleaning products, creating and placing orders to maintain stock levels.
- Review cleaning products and processes regularly to ensure the housekeeping team maintains the clubs high standards.
- Communicate with both customers and team members effectively day to day.
- Maintain the accuracy of the COSHH records in accordance to the products used.
Requirements
- Housekeeping experience within a luxury hotel/health club.
- Exceptional eye for detail, you will possess the ability to deliver the required standards set out by senior management.
- Pride, dedication and passion for your career and the organisation you work within.
- Strong knowledge of all hospitality health and safety procedures and policies.
- IT Literate with experience of placing/receiving orders for cleaning products to be used throughout the club.
- Excellent customer focus, you will be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members respectively.
- Management experience, leading, motivating and training a team of up to 12 team members.
