We are looking for driven Enterprise Solution Consultant to join our global pre-sales team, who understands technology's capability to optimise organisation design and workforce planning. Solution Consultants are responsible for presenting the orgvue platform and the value it can bring in the best light to prospects and clients with the focus on value creation. They interact with clients to execute the functional, technical, and business value aspects of the sales strategy. This includes developing appropriate solutions, building and delivering demos, and establishing technical amp; SME relationships. The Solution Consultant will have a background of working within the Enterprise Software, HRIS or SaaS.
Position Responsibilities
- Work directly with enterprise companies/clients to learn about and document their major business challenges
- Credibly describe amp; demonstrate solutions such that prospects see their top-of-mind problems being resolved
- Provide high level overview of product architecture, functionality, data requirements and integration with other enterprise applications
- Deliver functional and technical related responses to RFPs
- Support Sales Representatives through direct client interaction evoking confidence in our orgvue platform and removing all technical objections throughout sales cycle
- Build value-based roadmaps for the client, which highlight current challenges, paint a future vision and quantify the potential value
- Assisting sales team with sales strategy for their pipeline
- Act as one of the principal sales liaisons with global services, product engineering, and marketing departments in communicating client requirements and information
- When required, establish Proof of Concept (POC)/pilot key success criteria (objectives, baseline metrics, goals, agenda, duration, etc.) and support the POC/pilot process
- Promote Solution Consulting team education, enablement and knowledge sharing
- Lead companies in transformation of their organisation design:
- Developing strategy, discovering key business, technical amp; functional requirements
- Designing enterprise class solutions as a fully integrated SaaS solution
- Flexibility and willingness to travel when required
- Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) of a particular capability or process within the orgvue portfolio
- Keep up to date on relevant competitive solutions
- Understand and map client’s HR tech landscape
Position Qualifications
- 3+ years previous experience as a Pre-Sales consultant, or similar, with proven track record in HR or ERP software. Good understanding of the Workforce Planning space would be advantageous.
- Experience with SaaS or Cloud CRM solutions, preferably HR or Planning platforms
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, amp; interpersonal communication skills
- Undergraduate degree in relevant subject (Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.) or equivalent work experience
