Job Description
Martinsen Mayer is a 100% Irish owned recruitment business that focuses on partnering with VC backed SaaS companies as they go on their hiring journey. We are looking for our first hire in the United Kingdom, this can be anywhere in the UK.
We are looking for a leader or someone who wants to grow a ecosystem for success. We want a person who has experience filling roles in Technical SaaS businesses (engineers and so on). We want someone who wants to do this for us and for some of the hottest companies around London and the UK.
You will be the first person on the ground with the ability to grow the business our and be rewarded for this.
The right person for us will be able to show us they are ambitious sales focused people who fundamentally want to be successful.
Requirements

- Previous and proven Recruitment Experience
- Recruitment is a competitive field, and great recruiters need to be focused on achieving results so a ‘want to win’ attitude is so important
- A passion for Technology and a great understanding of startups
- A person who can talk but also listen
- Being able to show empathy
- A natural want to network
- Be ready for many many No’s but being able to hunt out the Yes’s
- Want to have fun along the way
- Never say never!
