About the Role:
As a VP UX Design, reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you are in the critical role of ensuring orgvue delivers an intuitive, easy-to-use, seamless experience for both technical and non-technical user personas creating delightful interactions that ultimately contribute to improved engagement, value creation, and retention.
We seek an experienced design executive who has successfully built and launched products for both B2B and B2C markets. Adept at using user research to inform data-driven decision making, you will provide the leadership, framework, and structure to ensure the design elements your team (designers and researchers) are creating come together to deliver an engaging and rewarding end-to-end user experience.
You will be user-centric minded, a great communicator, a creative problem solver, and have a passion for design thinking. Leveraging user insights, behavioural data, and empathy, you will ensure the UX team is user led and embed design discipline leveraging SaaS development best practice methods.
You have experience developing UX teams within a global enterprise and have applied the vital interpersonal know-how to nurture a creative, innovative, and high-impact team. You will work collaboratively with teams across the business, leading with influence, including engineering, sales, customer success, consulting, and marketing.
