This is a newly created role, meaning that there will be a real opportunity to make it your own and drive huge impact. You will help us design and deliver our EVP proposition and create a great e2e employee experience globally aligned with our culture, that empowers our employees to do great work and enables our business to scale inline with our growth plans.
You will be part of the People and Operations team based in London. The team's main responsibilities are managing onboarding, offboarding, reward amp; benefits, HRIS data amp; analysis, people partnering amp; comms.
What you will do here:
- Design new employee policies/ charters and review the existing ones ensuring all Damp;I elements are embedded
- Devise new employee perks amp; benefits and manage benefits renewals
- Develop internal communication channels amp; huddles to drive employee engagement and increase awareness of our benefits
- Build and govern a dynamic, user-friendly intranet
- Embed our culture messaging across all the employee touch points starting with the employment contract up to offboarding amp; ''keep in touch'' alumni
- Support with developing our employee survey(s) and managing the process
- Have a business partnering approach in designing and delivering our newly created frameworks
Requirements
- You have strong experience in HR in a start-up/ scale up fast moving environment.
- You are highly innovative and open-minded in search of great ideas and open to possible failures and learnings
- You are quietly confident and openly humble. You have experience in facilitating focus groups and working sessions
- You are excellent with internal communication
- You have the ability to take independent decision-making despite ambiguity
- You are strong at using data to inform your intuition
- You are flexible, fun, stimulating, creative and collaborative
